Shariff Mohsin
Shariff co-founded Kaizen Solutions Group in 2016 with a vision to help U.S. federal agencies achieve mission success through cutting-edge information technology and security solutions. As President and CEO, he leads corporate strategy and business development and has built a culture grounded in trust, reliability, and hard work. Guided by the 'Kaizen' philosophy of constant, continuous improvement, he has assembled a team of technical experts dedicated to helping clients surpass their goals.
A graduate of the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University, Shariff earned his executive management degree in Information Technology Management from The George Washington University, where he and his business partner formed the foundations of KSG.
Tahmeed Rab
Tahmeed is an experienced cybersecurity leader and Chief Operating Officer at Kaizen Solutions Group, with over 20 years of success meeting IT delivery challenges through strong leadership and technical acumen. He manages KSG operations and drives the company's strategic vision, top-talent recruitment, and excellence in cyber program delivery.
He is engaged with U.S. federal civilian agencies managing Security Operations and Cyber Risk Management programs. Previously he served as a cybersecurity lead at the FDIC overseeing security operations, and held technical and senior program management roles at Verizon Business, IBM, and AT&T. He holds an M.S. in Information Systems and Technology Management from The George Washington University, a bachelor's in Biochemistry from New York University, and Cisco and Juniper security certifications.
